To wash, remove any blemished leaves, trim off the stems, and wash thoroughly in cold water. Spin dry in a salad spinner or drain well, then put into clean plastic bags very loosely wrapped with paper towel. Just add bacon bits, chopped eggs, & dressing for a quick spinach salad.
