Anaheim: About a 6_ in length, is green in color, and has a mild to medium-hot flavor. Great roasted and then added to salsa or egg dishes.
Cherry Bomb Peppers: This is a moderately hot pepper and great for pickling.

Jalapeños: The world’s most popular chili pepper! Harvested when green or red if allowed to ripen, they are usually about 2 to 4 inches long.
Yellow Chiles: Medium fleshed and slightly sweet with a bold flavor and waxy texture, they have a pleasant crunch and spice aroma.
Pasilla/Poblano: A beautiful dark green ? sometimes almost looks black chile that is approximately 4-5 in length. These are the stuff that chili rellenos are made of.
Serrano Chiles: Fresh green chiles typically used to add flavor and heat to salsas and other dishes, they rank 2nd in popularity to the jalapeño.
