Underwood Family Farms is proud to support many local organizations. Throughout the year, we give those in need healthy fruits and vegetables from our farm via Food Share. Our Fall Harvest event has allowed us to contribute more than $100,000 to many non-profit groups listed below:

Harvest Giveback Fundraiser

This is a great way to earn money for your school or service group while visiting our 2021 Fall Harvest on the Farm! Visit the farm on Customer Appreciation Weekend September 25 & September 26 and Underwoods will donate $3.00 to that school/group per paying customer on the days specified. A $2.00 discount per person will also be applied.

Customers only need to mention the registered school/group to receive the donation and the discount. Flyers do not have to be presented to receive the discount - only the name of the school/group must be given - however the school/group must be registered prior to the date in order to participate in the fundraiser.

Please fill out the registration form found below and email it to along with the Name of School in the subject line AND body of the email on or before Friday, September 17, 2021. A personalized flyer will be made and emailed back to use to promote the fundraiser. Registering early will help in the promotion of your fundraiser. Donations checks based on the number of people who participate will be mailed to the address listed on the registration form by November 15, 2021.

We receive many requests for donations each year and while we cannot honor each one specifically, we can offer a Season Pass certificate that can be used in a raffle or auction.  It is for a family of 5 and has a value of $240. We ask that you email us at least 4 weeks & no earlier than 12 weeks prior to the event at

The following information must be included in the body of the email - NOT as an attachment - in order for the request to be considered:

  1. Name of 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization (Must be included in subject line.)
  2. 501(c)(3) number (this shows the particular nonprofit organization has been approved by the IRS as a tax-exempt, charitable organization)
  3. Event (must be included in subject line)
  4. Date of Event (must be included in subject line)
  5. Description of Event
  6. Contact Person
  7. Address to Send Donation

PLEASE NOTE: Please send the request in the body of the email, not as an attachment and add the name of the school and event date in the subject line. All information above should be included in the request. Please do not duplicate or mail in requests. Donations will be sent out in the order of event.
