Parties are held March thru December starting at 9:00am with 10 available time slots until 3:00pm. (see below)

Birthday parties are 2 1/2 hours long. You may arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your time slot to set-up, and you will have 15 minutes after your time slot to clean-up. Failure to clean up your party area will result in a $50 fee charged to your credit card.
VIP parking is provided for the parents of the birthday child. The party takes place in a shaded area which has eight 8' picnic tables, and four 8' serving tables, as well as trash and recycling receptacles. Red and white checked tablecloths will be provided for all tables. If you would like to bring your own tablecloths, they must be secured with clips or tape - not staples. Each birthday party area has a hook above to hang a pinata. You will also receive a bucket of feed for the animals and a group photo to commemorate your special day!
The party begins with a wagon ride around the farm for all your guests. Wagons leave promptly at the start of your party so advise your guests to arrive 15 minutes early. Each child will receive a wristband for the activities in the Farm Animal Center.
It is up to you which children receive wristbands at your party. If you have babies attending or even older siblings that will not be participating in the Farm Animal Center activities, then you simply do not give them a wristband. Any children not getting a wristband will be given a sticker just like the adults that will grant them admission into the Farm Animal Center. Additional wristbands are available from your hostess during your party for an additional charge.
We can adjust your party between the Deluxe/Standard packages to give you the best deal once you know how many children you have. We can even do this on the day of your party.
Children up to 48" and 75 lbs. can enjoy unlimited Pony Rides for the duration of the party. The wristband will also entitle your guests to unlimited fun in the Moonbounce, Trike Trail, Cow Train Ride, Petting Corral, and the electric Train Ride, as well as driving the Electric Tractors during the 2 1/2 hour party. Guests can also enjoy our Farm Animal Center with lots of friendly farm animals to feed, a huge straw pyramid, Farmer Craig's Chicken Show, a Wooden Play Train, the Kid's Corral with sandbox, the Animal Show (11:30am/1:30pm/3:30pm), a Combine Slide, and numerous grassy areas locations amidst 40 acres of beautiful farm land.
The Pony Paddock is a larger, private picnic area located behind the Standard/Deluxe birthday party area. It is designed to host larger parties and/or groups that require additional time, with it's own parking lot and separate entrance. Pony Paddock Birthday Parties can have custom start times, and have a 3 hour minimum package. This area comes with fourteen 8' picnic tables, four 8' serving tables, trash and recycling receptacles, as well as three grass lawns. You may bring in your own food (we have a refrigerator to store your birthday cake), order food to be delivered, or have your event catered.

We understand that you have a special theme in mind for your party and you may bring tablecloths, tablecloth holders, balloons, party favors and eating utensils to match your theme. You are welcome to decorate your area using tape, push-pins and string to hang your decorations - staples, confetti, silly string and party-poppers are not allowed. There is also a hook in case you wish to hang a piñata. We also have a reserved parking spot to honor your child on their special day and wagons to help you unload the car. To protect our animals and the environment, we encourage you to thoroughly clean up at the end of your party. Failure to properly clean the area will result in a $50.00 clean-up fee charged to your credit card at the end of your party. Thank you for your cooperation.
We now offer an invitation that can be filled out on-line. Simply click here to open the PDF file, fill in the information, print and send in the mail to your guests. There is no charge for the farm-themed invitation. If it appears too large upon opening, minimize the percentage to make it easier to fill out.
One of our friendly party hostesses will be on hand to greet you and your guests upon arrival. We will help you unload your car and give you the wristbands for the children and stickers for the adults.
We are an outdoor location and rain on the day of, or even the day before your party, can be a spoiler. If there is bad weather in the forecast, we will discuss this with you the week of your party. The amount of rain and when we get it will determine if the farm will be open or closed and if we will be cancelling your party. You may also decide not to take the chance and choose to cancel yourself. In either case, if rescheduling is not an option for you, you will receive a full refund of your $100 deposit.
Alcohol, smoking & vaping are not allowed within the gates of Underwood Family Farms, though smoking/vaping may take place in the parking lot.
Only Trained Service Dogs are available on the farm.

A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking so please have your credit card on hand. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover. The balance due at the end of your party must be paid via credit card or in cash. Checks are not accepted.
