Fuji Apples

Fuji apples are a fantastic eating apple. They have a crisp, sweet flavor and store well.  They were developed  by crossing a Ralls Janet apple with a Red Delicious apple.  They have a mottled red skin over a yellowish background. the redder the skin, the more direct sunlight the apple received during the growing stage.  We do not personally grow Fujis however they are grown by a local grower in Santa Paula thus qualifying them for our CSA program.
